Favorite Artists/Bands: Steve Krenz :-) , Phil Keaggy, The Beatles, The Moody Blues, SuperTramp, Led Zep …

Favorite style of music to play: Rock’n'Roll, Pop, Folksong, some classical

What made you want to play music? Had some friends who played music (guitar, piano). Decided to join them for fun.

Previous music experience: Started as a singer in our garage band, followed by singing and playing some rhythm guitar. Took a few months of classical guitar. Tinkered a bit with keyboards and flute.

If the house was on fire, which instrument would you grab? Takamine classical guitar TC132SC & Epiphone Casino (I have 2 hands).

Favorite place to be when playing guitar: In my music/computer room (used to be a spare bedroom.)

Most delightful musical moment so far: Recording my first song at my friend’s studio.

Hobbies: Music (especially learning it), computer repair & maintenance, bicycling, inline skating.

Current Job: Retired. I was a 9-1-1 operator for 30 years for the City of Montreal Police Department. I now do some computer repair for friends, and house cleaning/maintenance for elderly persons on a part-time basis. *On a personal level, one month after retiring (11 years ago), I had an operation for a brain aneurysm which kind of changed my whole life. I’ve had to relearn quite a few things and still am (music included). The priorities of life have changed – for the better. Amen.
