Over two hours of one-on-one interviews, instruction, and insights from three legends of Fingerstyle guitar. It’s like getting a private lesson from a master.

Phil Keaggy

“...one of the greatest fingerstyle guitarists to have ever walked the planet.”

Phil Keaggy is perhaps one of the most admired guitarists in music today. He is a guitarist’s guitarist, so his fans range from those who aspire just to be able to play his mistakes, to professional musicians who have been strongly influenced by his style. Phil's solo career has spanned more than 30 years, and has included over 50 solo albums, both vocal and instrumental, as well as 8 releases with his band, Glass Harp. Not only is he a regular studio guitarist, but Phil continues to sell out concerts all over the United States. With an eclectic style, ranging from rock-and-roll to fully orchestrated instrumental compositions, he is a magician of the instrument.

Phil covers picking technique, nail care, slapping technique, capos, working with digital delay loopers, and alternate tunings.

Thom Bresh

“...Merle Travis' biological son and the undeniable heir to Travis picking.”

There isn’t a more qualified guitar player to learn the Merle Travis style of playing from than Thom Bresh, Merle’s son. If you like the style of Chet Atkins and Merle Travis, then this is a great lesson to watch. Thom grew up surrounded by guitar royalty. He's played with Chet Atkins, Les Paul, Leo Fender, Ernie Ball, Roy Clark, Tommy Emmanuel, and a thousand other guitarists along the way.

Thom covers Travis picking, chord shapes, Chet Atkins picking, Jerry Reed style, and reveals some great beginning exercises for Travis picking.

"one of the most unique and brilliant acoustic guitar veterans in the world music scene today"

- Los Angeles Times

He has the ability to make a single guitar sound like an entire band as he takes his audiences on a mesmerizing musical journey. Bensusan is a true master of the DADGAD tuning.

Pierre covers alternate tunings, harmonics, vibrato, harp effects on guitar, finger stretching exercises, practice techniques, and some great keys to dealing with stage fright.

These interviews contain personal tips and rare insights from these three Fingerstyle masters. You will learn much from these private sessions with true guitar legends.
