I always thought that the rules of chords were written in stone and you could not do what you did. The stone is broken now. Thanks for opening my mind.

Steve, your lessons & devotions to students are just great!!! Keep up the good work…Now if possible? that you could show us, medium to advance students some basic slide & tapping technique that are frequently used in Blues & Rock. It would be deeply appreciated.(sorry if I’m jumping ahead) THANKS FROM ALL OF US !BOBBY O’KEEFE Roanoke,Va.

That is nice to know it’s ok to play out side the box. After I practice I enjoy just having fun doing that type of thing. Thank You

Brilliant! You don’t need to know the names of the chords or how they’re built in order to use them and add some colour to your music. Thanks for the tip!

Again thank you for these tips. Right now I’m on lesson 17 and am really enjoying the course (although lessons 10 & 16 seem to elude my mastering).

thank you for the lessons they are extremely good and useful to me. I enjoy the content as well as your presentation. Can I ask how do you create a bridge to change from the key of D to the key of E which would be the mos appropriate Pivot chords to use

Useful tip, Steve. I’m a huge fan of the suspended chord and the added 2. Both have a pleasing sound that can add so much depth to a mundane chord.
